Ok, this one hor, we use red wine.

Then the sauce hor, simple..in a pan, u combined 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup
red wine, 1 teaspoon warcestershire sauce, salt n pepper to taste...hmmm you
stir stir until boiled then u add the prefried chicken pieces..emm..kiaw kiaw
kiaw..then angkat..but not to long yea..just for the sauce to coat with the meat
only..
Then.after,,u garnish with spring onions lor..if you are creative, can make
flower from it..u cut into 5cm then at both end,you cut cut a bit, then you
plunk into ice water..it will curls and give you nice pattern..or if you want
color hor, can cut 1 chili into ring, then insert the spring onion into the
chili punya lubang..so it is like you tie something onto a string lor..hmmm
