This French coming-of-age tale follows the beautiful teenage Clara as she heads off to camp, accompanied by her best friend Zoe. Both girls have big plans for the summer, which include exploring their newfound erotic desires, and hopefully losing their virginities along the way. Upon arrival, Zoe immediately pursues Sebastien, but his crude insensitivity is magnified by his friends' eagerness for a piece of the action, all of which repels Zoe. She finds solace with Clara, attempting to assuage her passion with her friend, but a confused Clara rebuffs her. Lonely and ostracized, Clara's own experiences with boys are equally unfulfilling, and the attentions of the beautiful lesbian Sonia only further complicate matters. But by the time Clara and Zoe return home for Clara's sister's wedding, they will have made some unexpected, poignant discoveries about themselves, sensuality, friendship, and love.
