And on what basis you think so? His dishonesty? Or it has to take into account of his sexual orientation?

Are situation 1 & 3 equally bad? How about situation 2 & 4?

In my opinion, anyone who is not faithful to their other half, no matter is a he or a she, it is not a good thing. As they are not committed to their relationship, it is bad enough than anything else.

Yes, some of the situations may seem worse than others, depending on how you see it. But as long as he or she is having an affair and not being honest, be it a cow, cat or dog it is all bad.
