Welcome to PLUPenang!

PLUPenang is a Penang based virtual cum social group. The group is for local LGBT ( lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender ) community, but is open to everyone. PLUPenang is a volunteer group who organizes sports and recreational programmes and provides social and moral support for the well-being of the LGBT or PLU community in Penang, Malaysia, in order to promote a happy, healthy and positive lifestyle.

The main objectives of PLUPenang are:

• to foster friendship among its members;
• to provide a safe and comfortable space for its members to express themselves and discuss issues.
• to provide support to and empower its members.

All members are encouraged to share their opinions, thoughts and discuss in a supportive and empowering manner. Respect disagreements and different opinions. Build friendships and give support to each other in PLUPenang's Yahoogroup
